friends

Don't forget that your body is your mind not your brain, the gut instinct, the heart-felt feelings, the heart sends more information to the brain than vice versa, what we put into our bodies affects our mental state because our body is our mental landscape, so we ought to treat our body with the respect we wish our mind to show us in return and it so does... <3
I've suddenly become gluten and wheat free, meat free and well
I'm feeling more and more free generally, from pain and weight
From hate and disgust with myself and shame and now love
reigns or at least it's beginning to allow me to love myself
all of myself, the bad bits that have light shone on them
and as it goes, the energy grows and so do i, so folks
see the things that happen as jokes when you stub
a toe, when you feel as though you know what is
going on, take a second ponder, what's wrong?
See every moment as a chance to start over
because we come into existence each time
we breathe out and then back in, let it in
let the universe move through you and
let out whatever it is that hurts you to
prove over and again that you can
and will change cos nothing and
no-one stays the same and our
spots and habits are not fixed
we can and do create new
life in so many beautiful
ways when we give it
a chance to show
us how so pray
eat and sleep
and i wish
