insurance company quotes a hundred pound more for the next year, i get
it down to a hundred less for the next year, then they offer me a
hundred less than that by post, their bad, so i get two cheques, one for
£1.76 and another one coming for £50 because they mucked up

go through it with them, be nice, ask what they can do to bring it down
because you would like to stay with them, take an excess, park it on
your 'drive' and always always be truthful and kind, basically be a
human being so they know they want your money, just less than they were
trying to get out of you in the first place
