i've just been out in the world and a lot of you look ill, sick, unhealthy and unfit and i wish i could do something about it, well I can and if you would like to too, get in touch with me and i'll help you in any way you need me, helping out feeds me and my soul, our goal ought to be to help each other heal, to feel again and then well let's just say it here and now, the earth is also hurting, she's screaming out if only you were listening or could hear her, the animals are disappearing, we're clearing their places to live and digging up all the elements to make stuff we don't need to feed our obsession with technology that makes us something of a zombie, i see them wandering slack jawed and pale i'm sorry for going on about your disability but that is the reality you see when you start to heal yourself like me, a lonely road it can be until you meet the others who are also on this path, a raft of them i've met over the past few years, they've shared my tears and laughter and pain, and i hope to meet a lot of them again, to share what we've learnt, to care, to find common ground on which to pray for the future of life here, so dear, let me finish there by wishing you a celebratory end to fear and courage to go out into this earth and make a difference of a positive nature, we can all do that for us, and maybe others too, that's what we can do, and little by little, becomes a part of a bigger picture, a vision we all create, a change to a predicted fate, a larger and greater mission to a world we'd like to live in if only we could imagine it, it's coming as that author said, just listen in your quiet space, find it inside, breathe slow and deep to be calm and hear her breathing because I know she would like to give you a warm embrace :) + <3
