yesterday i was scraped out like a barrel
wasnt feeling it at all much if anything
went back to younger years felt like
felt a younger me with old ghosts
trailing me in the place where i
grew up supposedly erm
yeah so energetically my
belly and erm i was re-
flowered you could
say in that my
navel and
centres
anever
felt so
lovely
fresh
light
