Fings I Were Finking...
you say anger but I hear afraid
fear leads to anger, make him watch all six star wars films and he'll enjoy them and get the same message
when we're scared we get angry fearful panic don't think act out lash out
make a decision quickly and it's easier to make but harder to live with
make a decision slowly and you won't spend your life regretting it all ;)
Act in haste, repent at leisure
It's an oldie but a goody
instincts work whether calm or stressed
but high emotion clouds our judgement
we must not just hear whilst waiting for our turn to speak we must listen...
then we know what the person is actually saying behind their words
we can read them like a book, feel their emotions because it is they that drive the behaviour
EVERY TIME!
we our emotional wrecks that need to be restored to our birthright

To Get One's Comeuppance - What's Coming Up?
More accurately described as a colloquial phrase, it means "your deserved reward or just due" for an action taken or statement you have made. It always conveys that to be of a negative nature. It should be hyphenated as neither word, of it's own definition, conveys close to the meaning of the combination of the two; therefore the linkage of the hyphen is needed.
Hi Vis Rev
I've got several high visibility items of clothing, no not from raving ;) but having collected them up and seen how many random people wear the stuff out and about these days I started to wonder if there couldn't be a High Vis Revolution. High Vis clothing would be so photogenic if everyone gathered wearing it in Trafalgar or Parliament Square. Like a uniform for the masses, identifying everyone other than the Riot Police...
I've got a few spares ;)
